The core of our Immigration Practice is employment based immigration. We assist our clients in the process of hiring foreign employees or seconding foreign employees to Malaysia. This includes advising them on the various types of permits or passes available, the requirements, limitations and suitability of each type of pass for the client’s purpose. We will assist in drafting or reviewing employment or secondment contracts to ensure compliance with laws and the requirements of the relevant authorities, as well as prepare and assist in compiling all documents necessary to facilitate the various applications.

  • Employment Passes

Renewable work permits for foreign nationals employed in Malaysia that is valid for a period of up to 5 years.

  • Professional Visit Passes

Renewable work permits for foreign nationals engaging in short term work attachments valid for a maximum period of 12 months.

  • Dependent Passes

Permits enabling the spouse and children of foreign employees to reside in Malaysia for the duration of the foreign employees’ employment pass.

  • Spouse Programme

Employment passes for foreign spouses married to Malaysian Citizens.
